Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

Do you store my credit card information?
Only order history and shipping address are stored in your account. Your credit card information will not be stored.

How do I cancel or change an order?
Please contact our support team at support@wosports.com immediately if you would like to make changes to your order.

When will you ship the product after I've made a purchase?
All orders are ready to ship in 1-3 days.

When and how will I receive my shipment tracking information?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can communicate with us via email and we will send you the tracking information of your shipment via email.

Can I track the order?
After your order is shipped, you can get the tracking number through our email to track the shipping status at https://wosports.com/pages/track-order.

How long will it take to get my items stand?
US domestic shipping takes about 5-9 business days depending on the delivery location. International shipping takes 2-3 weeks. All delivery dates provided by the postal service are estimates not guarantees.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada. We will continue to launch shipping to other regions. For updates, subscribe to our email list.

How are replacement items shipped?
Replacement items ship complimentary UPS Ground.

Return Policy

How do I return an item?
To initiate any return, please contact us at support@wosports.com.
Unopened and unused items that were purchased from www.wosports.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt. For details, please refer to our Return Policy.
As soon as your returned item gets to us we'll issue your refund. Please include your full name or order number somewhere in or on the packaging for quick refund processing.we will provide specific packing instructions as well as new packaging should the original packaging no longer be available.

How long do refunds take?
Once your refund has been processed (and you've received an email confirmation), it can take up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. How fast the refund shows up depends on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after 2 weeks, reach out to us to make sure it's been processed fully or contact your bank for a status update.
